We are using WhiteSpaceAnalyzer.

So the text which is extracted is in the same case as it is in the original document.

Can you help me figure out what configuration I have to do for case insensitive search.

Thank you for your suggestion, but we have some customizations in OpenKM because of which upgrading would not be simple.

I have OpenKM hosted on Windows machine, so can you tell me what command to execute in place of "touch" ?

Another additional thing I want to share is that, I am not able to purge trash folder. When I select any folder or file and try to delete, they do not get deleted. I do not get any error message also.

We have made few application specific changes to the OpenKM API's and also it is not possible for us to upgrade the version at this point of time.
Is there any other alternative solution for this issue?

The Mysql version is 5.1 and OpenKM version is 6.2.5.
Our application would be supporting UTF-8 with 255 characters. Hence the documents consist of the UTF8 characters.
No Chinese or similar lagnguage characters are supported.
