Sorry for long time no reply , now i update to 6.3.1 but that error still have, in simple text search i can only search name of files, can't find content . in advance mode, i can search full text but it dont correct like i search in version 6.2 . I check text extracted also but everythings work righ...

i have problem is in simple text search it only search file name and i only can search full text content in advance text search .

I try both pdf and doc, docx , all of that have content and in openkm 6.2 i can easy simple fulltext search .

Take a look at administrtion -> stats -> top right ( pending queue ). There is no way, since ZOHO doesn't allow the usage of IP adresses. Mabye you can use some kind of DNS service to redirect a hostname to your IP.
