We would like though to add our institute's logo to the login page (but of course while mentioning that it is powered by OpenKM! Also, after login we have no problem for the OpenKM logo to be in the top right.) I have...

Community edition massive operations bypass trick

Hello everybody, Reading this post ( http://forum.openkm.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8305 ) and being faced with the same problem, I thought up a trick how to do massive operations on files in the community edition (6.2.4). I posted it as a reply to given post, but thought to copy paste it into a new th...

Re: Massive operations in community edition?

Hi Bruno, Maybe it's a bit late, but I have a suggestion for you. I was faced with the same problem and as such came across your post when searching the internet. My tip is not at all "practical", but it offers a way to do "massive add category and/or keywords". In principle you can do this with the...

Guide for installing OpenKM on linux --incl. working preview

Hello everybody, I am using OpenKM community to structure my own documents and information that I acquire daily. As it took me quite some time to figure out how to make everything work (99% of that was the previsualization), and as I also benefitted quite much from this forum and its helpful people,...

Hello everybody, I have a simple question: I have currently on my personal computer openKM installed plus enabled the WebDAV feature. So I access openKM trough localhost. Re: Using OpenKM for personal document management

Hello everybody, The other day I was able to make it all work. I am running now openKM with webdav access, and indeed it looks very promising! :) I understand now why people proposed me to enable webdav, which gives me the option to still browse the file/folder structure which is also present within...

Re: Problem enabling WebDAV support

Ok, I fixed it by mounting http://localhost:8080/OpenKM/webdav.
I have access now, it still gives me the error
p11-kit: couldn't open config file: /home/user/.pkcs11/pkcs11.conf: Permission denied
mount.davfs: warning: the server does not support locks
though.

Re: Using OpenKM for personal document management

First of all thanks everybody for the very useful replies! The reason that I ended up on this forum is that what I need is a certain software (solution) in which I have added control over the knowledge (documents) on my computer. In a sense this requires some advanced "file browser", and it seems th...
