Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Anyone have any ideas on a script or some sort of way to have documents automatically emailed out when they are created? We have a secondary system where documents need to be injected into it via email. Happy to pay someone to write this if it doesn't exist.

If I understood when a document is created in OpenKM you wish to send an email with the document attached. Is this your scenario?
