Upss it's OpenKM Network wiki documentation. You need a payment user for it's, it's annual 30€ subscription and free for collaborators.

Take a look at forum, some post looking for :
principal.adapter=es.git.openkm.principal.LdapPrincipalAdapter

or looking for:
principal.ldap.server
