1- You\'ll not find on your file system a file called 1.jpg or other name like you uploaded to OpenKM. The information is saved on other names and structure file, you\'ll not find any correspondence with original name ( it\'s a jackrabbit internal implementation to save it ). 2- About NAS storage I ...

About jaas.config file actually we don\'t use it, except on some special testing cases during developement. ( It\'s used basically to suply jboss autentication when is not running ). This file at first OpenKM release 1.0 was used as a GWT Shell configuration parameter ( then needed , now deprecated ...

First think you must considerer, you can\'t change on file repository location, if at start you configure repository.xml to attach file system repository it\'ll be created on file system or DBMS if you decide to this direction. First time OpenKM starts repository is created to change after from file...

Property groups enables documenta categorization and search functionalities to your own parameters ( grouped conceptually ). OpenKM comes by default with a property group example, go to administration an register my_groups.cnd ( it\'s on jboss_home path ). Take a moment, when a property group is reg...

That seems a network problem, not a OpenKM service one. 1- First take a look if your computer is reachable across \"document\" URI from other network computer. 2- If \"document\" URI is reachable from other computer network but http://document:8080/OpenKM/ service don\'t answers ...

You have two ways: 1. OpenKM 2.0. Enterprise edition will come with database user autentication ( you could use it, but it\'s pay supported version ). 2- If you want to connect to existing database take a Look at this documentation entry point OpenKM Configuration . You must change OpenKM login to a...

A final consideration !!! UserRol must be used as a connection rol, you might define other groups like this: system=AdminRol user1=UserRol,RolTeam1 user2=UserRol,RolTeam2 user3=UserRol,RolTeam1,RolTeam2 And change at firt starting openkm the grants on okm:root removing UserRol and setting RolTeam1, ...

Take a look at developer documentation guide. We\'re still using old eclipse-IDE 1.6 plugin, but we\'ve started searching more newer plugins, still we\'re not decided for which we\'ll use on future ( we\'re trying several ), meanwhile we\'re using this.

Really actually we only sort folders and documents on folders alphabetically by default.

We\'ve included on our tracking list an enhancement to order users list ( it\'s really simply ). It\'s better of course to order alphabetically.
