I think it may be a conflict with Apache 2.0. Try uninstalling Apache and check the forum for my post on installing OpenKM in Windows environment.

Hi OpenKMFans, That is actually not an error message. The problem is that your browser window might be set very small. What you need to do is set the browser window to fullscreen and refresh (F5) the page. This may be a bug in OpenKM but I am not sure. Maybe jllort or pavila can enlighten us. Thanks.

How do I delete the user folder of a user in repository view if ever the user is in inactive status from logging in OpenKM. I could not find any option on how to clean up the user folder which causes wasted disk space.

Can you restart OpenKM then try to use email notification? Then if the error still occurs, please send the log file immediately after the error. I was not able to see if your mail service has been bound. we need to check whole log to see the cause of the error.

Hi Jim, Can you send the log file after the error occurred? Also did you add the dwg mime type as suggested in the other forum posts. To make the log file short, stop OpenKM. Then start it again. Then upload the dwg file that has an error. Then send the log file after the error message has appeared....

You can create your own dwg.gif from a screenshot of the Autocad icon in explorer then crop it to the same size as the other GIFs in the images folder. But as pavila said, you cannot index these.

Can you also tell us the exact filename of the file you wish to upload?

It may be that the filename is too long or has too many special characters. You can try to rename the file with a very short filename with no special characters then try to upload.
